For churches and ministries
Request technology help for your ministry
If your church or ministry needs a website built, rescued, or moved somewhere you control, write to us. There is no form and no cost — just an email.
Or write directly to: jtcm-support@googlegroups.com (JTCM support group)
What we can usually help with
- Building a new site for a church, network or missionary family.
- Rescuing a site stuck on an old platform — WordPress, Joomla, Wix — including getting the existing content out.
- Moving a site somewhere you own and control, so you are not locked in.
- Bilingual Japanese and English sites, where both languages are real pages rather than a toggle.
- Keeping a site running afterwards — monitoring, backups, and fixing things when they break.
What to tell us
- Who you are and what the ministry does.
- Your current site address, if you have one, and what is wrong with it.
- Whether anyone on your side can update content, and how comfortable they are doing it.
- Any deadline you are working towards — a conference, a launch, a renewal you do not want to pay.
What to expect
We are a small volunteer team, so we cannot take on everything, and we will tell you plainly if something is outside what we do or beyond what we can maintain.
If we do take it on, the work is donated. You register and keep your own domain, you keep your content, and you can ask for the code or walk away at any point.
Before you write, it may be worth reading what we have decided not to build — it will tell you quickly whether your idea is a fit. What we don’t build
